The Institute Catalog (Bulletin) update process takes place once a year. Below are the items than can only be changed during the catalog update cycle:
- subject title
- prerequisite(s) / corequisite(s)
- # of credit units or the credit unit breakdown
- level
- "joint" or "meets-with" status (add or drop)
- manner of grading
- enrollment limitations (add/drop/change)
- "repeated for credit" status
- GIR status (CI-H, HASS, etc.; undergraduate only,add or drop )
- term length (half or whole)
- lab fee (add or drop)
- catalog subject description
