Consulting the Projected Subjects list (which does not include subjects that have pre-set schedules — required subjects for BSA, BSAD and MArch), please submit a separate scheduling form (below) for each class listed that you indicated you would teach in Spring 2023 (if you have no changes for any of your classes, feel free to submit one form and list all the subject numbers). The form gives you the option to:

• confirm that the subject will indeed be taught, same schedule and room;
• confirm that the subject will be taught in but request a different schedule and/or room;
• communicate that the subject will *not* be taught;
• communicate that the subject will *not* be taught for the next 3 years.
• request a new subject — new subjects are listed with the approval of the Associate Head and/or Department Head (note: there is a different process and deadline for proposing 4.18xx design workshops — see workshop proposals).
